Completely terrible place I'm in the process of sending my engagement ring in for the THIRD TIME in a little over 1 month time period. Twice for sizing issues and bracket work, just got my ring back yesterday, and I'm missing a stone..... terrible customer service. Would never recommend this trash hole to anyone
Terrible experience! Go somewhere else! I have the warranty and it takes them almost a month to repair anything and they charge you to rush it. Additionally, when recently sent out for repairs they did not repair everything that was wrong and had to be sent back again. Overall, I think they have had my ring for more time than I have been able to wear it between sizing it and repairing it multiple times. VERY disappointed! My boyfriend and I have shopped here for years and will not be shopping here again!
Total scams
I recently visited this Zales due to a very poor experience at the Mishawaka,Indiana store. Jen the store manager was absolutely wonderful. She listened to my concerns and help resolve my issue with my necklace. She made me feel right at home in her store and really strived to serve me the best way she could customer service wise. She is a very positive person and really cares about her store and her customers. She turned a terrible experience that happened at another store into a positive one and for that I am very greatful! I almost was ready to never walk into another store again until I worked with Jen. Thanks to her help I will now be a forever customer of her store!
This whole experience of buying our wedding rings through Zales has been bitter-sweet. We ended up getting a fantastic sale on my engagement ring. It was supposed to be sized before my husband popped the question (as it stated on the order form), and it wasn't. An amazing weekend with a ring I couldn't wear, something I'll never forget. Next up- husband's ring. What a fiasco. Ordered it through the store, the store had to order it online, online said they didn't have it, so in the end (after 4 weeks) we had to pick a different ring when we were told we could have the first one to begin with. Next up- my wedding bands. Again, GREAT price and absolutely beautiful. Ordered the size I needed, went to pick up the band, only to find a diamond missing. We had to order another to replace that one, when that one came in I sent out the engagement ring and bands to be soldered together and the bars removed. Went to pick them up only to find that the bars weren't removed (as it again stated on the order form, but wasn't done). I think something is lacking in their customer service department, but they do have great products.
