We absolutely love the sales people at Medawar. Recently engaged we were looking for some diamonds to design an engagement ring. We had no luck finding the perfect ones at any of the other jewelry stores around. We stopped in and spoke with Brad late one evening. He said he could have a couple sets of matching pairs of diamonds and the store for us to look at within 2 days. He had found the most amazing matching set of diamonds we have ever seen. We were very pleased with the quality and the clarity and the color. We got an excellent price and are very pleased with the ring that we have. It still seems kind of amazing that even when I stop in to have my rings checked and cleaned that they are still in awe over the diamonds and the job that they did. We now send everyone we know looking for and a piece of jewelry to them. Keep up the good work guys

Beautiful store and all of the staff are great! Steven especially went above and beyond helping me to find just the right turtle pendants and chain. Plus he also helped me find a fabulous bracelet. Definitely my favorite jewelry store!

I went in to Medawar Jewelers and Megan and Brad were extremely helpful. They took their time with me and were very knowledgeable. I purchased several items from the Swarovski line which will make beautiful gifts for my friends and family. Would definitely go back!
On November 11, 2017, I stopped by Medawar Jewelers in Portage to shop for a new ring. I had perused the stores at the mall the night before but didn’t see anything of interest. The only reason I didn’t shop at Medawar first was because it’s slightly off the beaten path of the mall, but it’s worth it! I fell in love with several rings but finally settled on an aquamarine stone in a contemporary setting.
Not only does Medawar have a great selection of jewelry for any price range, but it has great customer service without high-pressure sales tactics. I am especially fond of Mike who knows me by name from my many years of shopping for Pandora, (which it no longer sells) but has replaced with Alex and and Ani, an awesome but inexpensive line of jewelry with a positive impact on charity.
