So the lady helping her can't get the links together. Another associate try to help. No luck. Meanwhile, the manager is around, but not taking much notice. The associate helping my wife is singing the music in the background, commenting that she could really go for some cheese fries, and repeatedly dropping the new link on the floor. Finally, twenty minutes later, the manager comes to help. She struggles with it, and says something to the effect that the links were the worst design they've offered at the store. Nice to hear $600 or so total later. Bottom line: go to a professional local jeweler like Morrison's. The people at Kay's are poorly trained in both jewelry and customer service.
Great place to shop. I bough eat rings for my wife's retirement. She loved them. All because I listen to the sales person at Kays.
After buying my future wife a diamond ring here this friendly and upscale group of sales staff all wanted to be my wife too. Very fun group, professional and I will be back...

I purchased my wife a "Miracle Links" necklace last Christmas which she liked very much. I came back this summer to add another link using the promotion I received. Unfortunately, the link was broken. We returned to Pam at the store who indicated that it was discontinued, but she would get a new one in. This process took about 45 minutes, because my warranty was in another customer's name. Pam indicated that we would get a call when the replacement came which should be about a week. Months went by and my wife returned to the store today. The link was there. No call to us....
IF YOU ARE GOING TO KAYS ONLY GO TO THIS ONE!! MOST OF THE STAFF IS AMAZING AND JENNIFER THE STORE MANAGER IS THE BEST EVER!! we went to a few different Kay’s about 7 to be exact and because of Jennifer and her staff we made our choice with them and they make every experience we have with them the best one!!

I 100% recommend this Kay’s. Jennifer and Jon were initially the ones who helped us after visiting another Kay’s and purchasing an engagement ring, she was very patient and helpful while I took my time deciding between bands and had a Ton of patience with our 3 year old who gets frustrated and impatient easily. When we went back to get sized and order the bands again, both Jon and Jennifer were there, along with two other very friendly team members, one drew on a balloon for my daughter and as she played with it around the store the other girl played with when she wasn’t busy. In many stores having a child who does not communicate well is frustrating. Constantly trying to calm her and keep her occupied... They just did a great job making sure we didn’t feel like a burden. Overall we had a great experience with great deals and a beautiful wedding set! The whole staff we met today just went above and beyond, all of them just seemed to blend well and enjoy what they do. We will definitely shop here again!
