Today I was in the Pandora Store located in Kalamazoo Michigan where I we greeted and literally catered to. Before I entered the store I wasn't feeling well, I waited to be helped and when I was i mentioned I felt like I was going to pass out! I was sat in a chair by Alana and helped to the floor by Vicky (the greeter) She was amazing! She had a job to do, they all did and they all showed their concern and helped me in everyway. They allowed me to lay right in the middle of the floor with a fan that they craved from the back. After slowly feeling better i mentioned how emmarased I was and Vicky told me that I had to do what I had to do. Such a lovely women. I know she was just a greeter, but she left such an amazing immpresion on me and I hope the Store Manager and DM recognize her for her kindness
DO NOT GET A RING HERE THAT YOU PLAN TO WHERE EVERYDAY!! My boyfriend got my the Twist of Fate ring in rose gold not even 3 months ago and it's already turning silver. Save your money! The warranty does not cover it!
The staff at this location are friendly and very knowledgeable. They go above and beyond in servicing the customer to specific needs and wants. Thankful for the great customer service.
When they opened this store in the mall they took the line away from all the independent retailers in the area, all the way to Battle Creek! Some had been selling and promoting them for YEARS, but they didn't want any competition for their store in the mall. Ha! Rude (PC term for what I'm really thinking). If I were you, I'd find a new fad in jewellery and let Pandora fade and burn where they belong. Pandora jewellery is made in sweat shops of Southeast Asia and shipped in to the US. It is also a European company. There are WAY better alternatives, that keep profits in the US, and give part of the proceeds to charity in the process.
