Bought a ring with a protection plan in summer 2016. The small diamonds and one emerald kept falling out. It would take months to get fixed and barely was able to wear the ring. Eventually found out the company wanted to buy back the ring... but wouldn't transfer the protection plan or refund the protection plan. Refused the offer and decided they can keep fixing it. Two months later I get a call saying the buy out certificate is in the store ready to be picked up. Never did I agree to this. The manager was a b**** on the phone. That's not at all what I wanted and yeah, I'm not happy. Apparently you get called out and yelled at for being a unhappy customer.

Above all else, the service here was fantastic. They called me by name on arrival and all knew the story of my proposal. Beautiful ring and necklace but I just can't say enough good about their staff.
Been honest if I ask her how something looks on me. White gold looks dull on my skin, I am way to pale to wear it. I like yellow
I've had to send a $3500 ring out 3 different times, I've only had it since Aug. They seem to have it more than I do. The jewelries quality definitely doesn't match the price. It's unfortunate. I will not buy another piece from here again.
I would NEVER recommend this store to anyone. Be forwarned that you'll never get the protection plan money refunded if something was to happen.
Stopped in to look at a ring for my wife and the lady noticed that my personal ring was defective and eligible for a replacement under warranty (even though I didn’t buy it here). I paid to have the new ring resized and she took care of the rest. I had my replacement ring in just a couple weeks. Needless to say, I’ll be shopping here for my wife’s next ring. That kind of customer service will get my business every time.
