I don’t write many reviews but need to let anyone considering getting tires go elsewhere. I originally went with pepboys due to easy online scheduling but now the process has been anything but. Prior to booking the appointment I called the location store #0289 confirmed availability and procided to book he 9 am time as discussed. I got a call at 8:30 pm night before saying I will need to rebook as they only have one tech in the morning. Attempted to call back but closed. Called 7:30 am next morning talked to a very unpleasant employee- I know I called as soon as you opened but I wanted to get tires on today as originally planned. Decided on a new time 2 pm - showed up 1:50 pm. Never a hello or a thanks for coming in - just about a minute and half of silence as he looked up my appointment told it would be an hour. Ended up being about a hour except they installed the wrong tires! I feel like they were attempting to pull one over on me, no apologies just said we could put the right ones on now or you could come back. They acted like I was incoviencing them the entire time. Now I wait for the correct tires on - it’s been 2 hours

I went in just before closing with a nail in my tire. They took my car and patched the hole and sent me on my way. Quick and friendly service.
