If you are a smoker they won’t drive your car very far claiming it makes them nauseated. There is no warning and apparently there was no need to redo the front brakes they charged an astronomical amount. We’ve done business with them over 30 years and they told me to do them a favor and not smoke in my car the day before which is unacceptable per the general public and other shops. If they don’t wanna work on smokers cars it should be thoroughly disclosed prior to working on it.
also if you are a smoker it seems that they will do unnecessary repairs because they won’t drive your car far if you smoke. Again there is nothing indicating you need to not to smoke the day before and they tell you after the fact they didn’t drive it far because the smell makes them nauseated so they basically wing the repairs. I’ve had several cars over the years to various shops and never have I been told not to smoke in my own car. Won’t be going back but will be holding them responsible for anything that may be covered under warranty
Had a 20 year old Bronco that I pretty much drove into the ground but these guys managed to help me keep it on the road a few more years before it finally gave up the ghost. Never had a problem with anything they worked on. They even managed to figure out some issues a buddy had with his Frankentruck. Great shop.
