Boooooo! I’m never going to any firestone shop again. Talk about honest business. I heard some bad things about firestone but I still stuck with them because I liked the name “firestone” but There staff aren’t and especially this one. I had a nice alero well maintained but I don’t got a garage so I take my car to the shop in the winter and when I started taking it there after a mishap in the snow, brake replacements and an oil change, my car suddenly had a gazillon things wrong with it and I’m talking about three entire pages of things I “needed” to fix. So I was like alright whatever you know these guys are the experts it can still run from point A to point B so I paid no attention to their suggestions. But the last time I was in there after the mechanic was finished with my car I watched him back out hastily over the ramp still underneath my car and when the front end of my car landed it bounced a few times I swear I could hear the suspension screeching in my head and he didn’t even check if he broke something he just pulled up front handed my keys and said all done. Now I know they’re some good mechanics at firestone locations but after my experience Idc what anybody say to me I don’t trust shops I should’ve made a case about it but I didn’t want to get the mechanic fired and I was not going to be taken seriously because of how old I was. This review is long over due.

Less than one star actually. Made an appointment for my car to be looked at for 8:30, by 12:30 it still hadn't moved from the spot I parked in. When I asked about it I was told they hadn't had time to look at it. I inquired why I had made and appointment if they were not going honor the time and I was told I must have misunderstood what the "appointment" meant. So unless you are willing to leave your vehicle for an undisclosed amount of time then by all means go there.
They are good and fast. Often pretty busy too but upfront about cost and time.
