It's too bad their product is excellent and unique -- otherwise I would never go back to this place. Their salespeople work totally on commission, and they have an ingrained script that is designed to steer you away from their lower-priced models and toward their pricier choices -- and believe me, they can get very pricey! Until I insisted, our sales rep didn't even want to show us their lower-priced models unless we decided the more expensive ones were too expensive for our budget. She also rushed us from model to model and adjustment to adjustment without allowing nearly enough time to really judge comfort. Mattress stores have a sleazy reputation, and this one did nothing to dispel that.
Bed is NOTHING like the one in the store
The sleep IQ is total junk and is awful at recording the sleep it promises
Return policy? Ya, you better read that... no return on the base (use google first to find one cheap!!)
Um, looking at $600+ to return the mattress, and don't forget you cannot return the base
The air pump is loud and annoying
