We had a great experience buying a new bed at Denver Mattress in Portage because of our salesperson Gilbert. Gilbert was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We purchased a Doctor's Choice mattress and it was delivered to our house the following week. We didn't feel pressured to buy and the other man working with Gilbert was also nice to us, and helpful. Gilbert is the man to see if you are interested in a new mattress.
While recently helping an elderly family member shop for a new mattress we received the perfect amount of attention and counsel from Assistant Manager Michael Fleming. It was not too much and it was not too little. It was just right. We were also very pleased to learn that the box springs could be purchased in 3 different heights. The middle size was also just right. From the very first night my family member slept soundly. What a relief. The generous warranties made us even more comfortable with the selection. The final bonus was learning that a portion of our purchase price would be donated to World Vision to help provide clean water to those in need.
We have had a Telluride mattress from Denver Mattress Company for years and absolutely loved it. So when we decided to purchase a new mattress, we went there first. Mike was awesome! He asked questions to assure we were looking at all of our options. He brought us pillows with a protective cover so we could try out the beds more comfortably. He sort of stepped away while we were chatting between ourselves to give us privacy. He very clearly gave us the price and offered different options for packages that included pillows, mattress covers, etc. Best bed ever, and awesome customer service to go with it! Upon delivery today, the crew put up our new bed, moved our old bed to my daughter's room and took away her old bed. They were quick and kind.
