I didn't know that insurance agencies could be this good until I ran across the folks at the Johnson Agency. Not only did they save me a bunch of cash on my homeowners and car insurance, but they have a financial advisor on staff as well! I was able to change my life insurance coverage to a more appropriate amount and got a free review of my 401K too! Definitely never got this kind of help from my agent at the "farm"....
The measure of an insurance company's value is how they treat you when you need them. Last year we had roof damage due to hail. The Johnson agency and the Allstate claims people were all top-notch - polite, prompt and professional. They worked with the contractor, handled everything, and went out of their way to keep me informed and satisfied. Even their follow-up was great. And after the claim was settled, they didn't "nail" us with a huge increase in our premium. We couldn't be happier!
