Ravi helped us with a washer and dryer in the appliance department, he gave one of the best customer service experiences I've had in awhile. Knowledgeable, friendly, was able to answer all my questions and just overall had a great attitude and made sure I got the best deal on my appliances! I'll continue to use this location for major purchases because Ravi is the man!
Best Buy is a very clean and neat Shop for electronic gadgets. The customer service executives are very polite and respectful. They are knowledgeable of the products and also educate the customers who seek to understand the products. This location is known for it's customer service and cleannlieness. The staff is usually always knowledgeable and quick to help you out. They offer a wide range of services that you won't find at any other retailer. They also price match local competitors and many large online competitors. I've never had any trouble returning anything inside their return policy and they usually make good deals on open box products
I absolutely LOVE Best Buy! I buy all my electronics here. The people really know how to help you here. Very knowledgeable, and the prices will beat Wal-mart! (No kidding, I found that out myself). It is literally the BEST place to go, for toys and electronics of every sort, at the very lowest prices!! And they back their products with a top notch return policy. 5 out of 5 stars!!!!
All of the employees seemed knowledgeable and ready to help. At the height of the gift buying season the store was properly staffed, i could get help when i needed it. I didnt buy anything but i got lots of great ideas for gifts. I may come back and get some.
