Went to the store and the manager was extremely rude the employee didn’t know what she was doing either I want to bundle a phone I had bought two weeks prior the AT&T through the business account told me of the phones for different times that this is available when I got to the store they acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about I tell me how to return my phone for a few days before they can give me the second phone what are they Told the and that’s what I told the manager I was very unhappy. So I was very upset that I left there and went to Drake Rd., AT&T store which is a truly an AT&T store never had a problem there they have you hooked up with the second phone within 15 minutes not a problem this original Portage store is a big problem to the company and does not represent the company at all in a fairway the company as AT&T you need to get rid of this manager and I do deserve an apology #att #bbb #portage #kalamazoo #cnn #abc# #foxnews #detroit Chicago #grandrapids #AttorneyGeneraloffice

Although I have no issue with the service or staff at this establishment I do take issue with the fact that they no longer allow unlocked boot loaders. I also take issue with the fact that with a 2 year contract you are supposedly subsidizing your phone but once the 2 years are up you still pay the same rate. It's the same junk from all the others and there are better options out there.
My s7 is refurbished. I'm on a family plan so I'm not an authorized user so I can't do anything unless my brother-in-law comes too. I work as a delivery driver and frequently go out to rural areas and rarely have service. I pay way too much for a phone that doesn't work well enough.
