Abysmal customer service and incredible rude people. If they're not ignoring you, they're rushing up on you to inform you that the item you're looking at is NOT on sale... so uhh, please put it down, thanks. Uhm excuse me... I can afford this, you work at the mall.
I'm writing this review because I cannot sleep due to this disgusting feeling in my stomach from what happened today. I love banana Republic especially the dresses. I'd say it's one of my favorite stores. Today my family came to visit and we went shopping. Of course I had stop in to try some dresses on. My brother and dad came in to look around too because I also waited for them in their sports stores. Well why I was in the dressing room I heard two employees talking about two customers that "didn't belong there" and that "they should know their place". Little did I know they were talking about my Camo shirt wearing dad and my athletic wearing brother. My mother was sitting outside the dressing rooms hearing the whole thing. The two young employees didn't know that the two customers they were talking about were with us. I walked out of the dressing room and never once did the employees check on me. Instead they continued to talk bad about the two customers. It disgusted me when my mom said they were talking about us. When we checked out we told the cashier lady and all she said was sorry and that she would talk with them. I left with a beautiful dress and earrings but a horrible feeling inside. To the employees that said that about my dad and brother, you were right they didn't belong in a store that you were working at because they did not deserve that hurtful words that you two spoke. They deserve much better than that and you would know that if you knew them.

Wonderfully sweet and helpful employees. THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD IN YEARS!! Took advantage of a great sale too! Love this place and will be back many times to come!
