You think if you're doing the work, you wouldn't have much to complain about...The "power" washer was completely ineffective, and presumably so because they can then horribly overcharge. I barely finished rinsing a quarter of my car and the 3 minutes was done- you had to hold it a foot or less from the car and carefully spray each inch with the worthless hose. After putting in more money to soap the side, and taking forever to rinse it, it was once again out of money so I opted to cut my losses and drive off with only one side washed. Vacuum's were also pretty shotty. The whole thing was a complete waste of time and money. Quality is apparently of no concern to the owners of this place.
The only reason there is one star is because you have to select a star rating from 1-5. Real rating= 0

Got the premiums plus hot lava wax. Come out and the car is just as dirty as when I went in. Never again will I waste my money there.
Rip off!!! Went to clean carpets in my car soap brush didn't work at all. And of course you can't cancel when it started. So I lost out!!!!!
