This is a positive review. Had some issues with a broken down car, replacement car, waiting on side of road for over three hours. However, every step of the way the National customer support team was very apologetic and helpful. They provided adjustments and were willing to modify my reservation accordingly. Crummy situation was made better by great customer service. Good rental company.
