It all could have been so simple. But I'm glad I was able to refresh Tyler's memory on their price matching policy.
Then I was told I could not price match from another retailers WEBSITE. It has to be in their store. Called their customer service from the parking lot & the gentleman on the phone, Bryan, told me I should be able to. I said okay cool, I need you to talk to Tyler, the manager, who just told me I couldn't. Went back into the store & he refused to talk & said he's not allowed to use my phone to speak to customer service....his own company's customer service department, whatever policy that is. & said I could have it at the price that Walmart had it online.
This place has very fond memories for me I really like shopping here and getting all the sports equipment that I need anything you can find that there's also Nike Under Armour Adidas and most of your popular sports close places there are also shoes and the very good selection of exercise equipment I had a good time I hope you do too please have a good time because you won't have a good time with your family and friends because you need to keep them close to you
Always helpful and knowledgeable staff in the departments. Checkout is quick, with multiple registers, and an organized line to move things along.
Has a bad experience getting my tennis racket strung. It wasn't ready when they told me it would be and they put the wrong strings on. *Update: They made up for it by puting better strings on it for me.
First time in the store; 5 minutes after walking in I witnessed an employee tell her manager out loud as I'm standing RIGHT NEXT TO HER , "they're in the checkout lane now, but don't worry I've been watching them", talking about 3 black women. Take that how you want it.
Really upscale outdoors store. Everything you need for hunting , fishing or outdoor clothing. Nice place to just come in and look around, too. I bought a fish finder and a fishing pole.
