We just bought a new condo at City Place Bella Vista View Condominium and the seller's real estate agent is Kerry Keefer who works for Prudential Preferred Realty.
MOLD!! Richard Roy knowingly sold us a house full of mold and hoped we wouldn't find out.
Love, love, love Matt Robertson. He will get the job done. Tell him everything you know of your property and your feelings about what you want, need to sell your house. It's never easy, but Matt will reassure you, to get the job done. Not all buyers and sellers are on the same page, but he will get you there to meet in the middle. He sold my house, so I'm happy.

If you're looking to buy a property through Kerry and Larry is the developer, make sure you write down absolutely everything you want in the purchase contract. If it's not in writing then it never happened. Heck, even if it is in writing Larry will renege against it, and Kerry won't help you resolve any issues that may come up. Do not close until you're 100% satisfied with the property. Otherwise you'll lose any leverage you may have. Oh and don't believe anything Larry says, he's a great salesman but not a man of his word.
We tried getting Kerry Keefer's help in resolving the issues we're having however she has refused to be involved. And the reason why she doesn't want to get involved is that she's Larry's fiancee and Larry told her not to get involved. Talk about having a conflict of interest.

Since we closed on the unit we've unfortunately had a lot of issues with the developer, Larry Hollenbeck from Kalcer Group LLC. The condo was not 100% complete at the time of closing and the developer was more than agreeable at that time to put together a punchlist and complete the items afterwards. Now he's reneging on the work he had previously agreed to do. He's been fighting us on everything from paint touch-ups to repairing the hardwood flooring that has scratches and cracks to redoing the tile in the master shower that was poorly installed in the first place. Larry thinks because he has money he can push everyone around. He's yelled and cursed at both my husband and me. He's even gone as far as threatening to sue us. I'm not quite sure what he can sue us for since he's the one that's not doing the work, but that should give you an idea of who we're dealing with.
0 stars, a realtor is selling agent, they are supposed to sign a release in 72 hours when deal falls through, its been over a week, they just send an email begging for money because it is "hard and expensive" to relist a previously existing listing
did i mention this house is on market again already without being released from it
