The staff is always friendly and professional. It has been a relief knowing the manager's always maintaining and upgrading.
I will never again in life do business with U-HAUL or this affiliate. I sat in this closet-sized office for an hour to open up a unit because they don't have a decent internet connection and the lady was handling calls as I sat in front of her. I got this storage unit June 30th and called back the next day to receive a refund. I never moved in. It hadn't even been 24 hours. The owner, ADELA STRAUTKALNS, got on the phone and I explained it to her. I told her I would understand if I didn't get my $20 administrative fee back but I wanted to be refunded my $59 for the unit. She said they don't do refunds, I signed a contract which was month-by-month, it hadn't been a full day which is what I said to her. She told me she had another customer walking in. I told her she had no problem taking care of phone calls when I was in her office the day before then she said I was breaking up and hung up on me.
Never again.
They had the truck I needed to move and at the time I needed it.
This U-Haul Storage facility is one of the cleanest and well maintained storage facilities in Kalamazoo & Portage.

Here's the kicker: I called U-HAUL to have the issue resolved and they told me they had no sanctions over their affiliates. HOW? They have the U-HAUL name and logos plastered on the side of trucks in the parking lot and on the sign outside... If I could give them no stars, I would.
