Dr. Bez and his staff were very friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. Today was my first visit and received a injection that finally brought some relief from the terrible pain I've been experiencing. Highly recommend!
The staff are and always will be friendly. I seen Dr. Wild and he was always compassionate and willing to listen. Now just trying to get back in there to get a neuro stimulator as they are the only ones near me that do the trial so that my neurosurgeon can do the permanent placement. Now it's a waiting game to see if they will let me back into the practice just for the trial only. Only God and luck will hopefully make this crucial procedure happen..
Edit:. 2nd procedure went very well, Dr. Be and his staff are very well organized and competent. They have brought tremendous relief to me. Highly recommend!
I was seen there at one time, i found the staff lazy and rude. The doctor only cared about you as long as your insurance was really good.and if any bill wasn't paid asap he would no longer treat you until he had his!!! Money.
This practice is a joke!! If you're on Medicaid they treat you like dirt!! I've gone through every injection and epidural there is and nothing helped!! The docs refused to address any other chronic pain issue besides my spine/neck! Their billing department didn't get my paperwork for hardship so they cancel my appointment and cut me off my meds! After a week of no meds, they finally see me after I straighten things out with billing, I told them & wrote down that I took some old Tylenol 3 during that week! Now I'm being dismissed for violating their contract!! How is it violating when they had "dismissed" me for that week?!! All these people care about is money!! Once I couldn't afford my $400 a month BCBS premium and got on Medicaid, they have tried everything to get rid of me!! BTW, my balance is barely over $200!!!
