If I could give them zero Stars I would. I made an order through mr. Delivery and my order came in correct. I tried calling the store but no one answered. I left a message less than an hour after my order. It is now more than 24 hours since my order and I have not heard anything back. I stopped at the store and was told that workers cannot answer the phone and only the manager can listen to the messages. Their customer service is horrible!!!!!
Terrible experience. The fries were the best part of my $10 meal. Tried to call to resolve the issue but there was no answer any time I called. They've lost my business.
Their food was actually quite decent, but more expensive than it should be. The customer service is not good at all, I would recommend food street right down the road. Won't regret it.
