Beyond terrible. Short staffed, which happens at times and is understandable, but unable to work through it and make up for their mistakes. Numerous health code violations and unsanitary conditions. DO NOT order from here. I could have touched the dough that sat on the register counter in front of me and when you watch the guy go from swiping credit cards and answering the phone to touching the pizza dough, you wonder if they’ve ever taken a food safety course. Should be permanently closed.
It's terrible. The service alone is worth never going at all. Every time I've ordered food for delivery, it's shown up to my house late cold and most of the time wrong. You only reason I keep giving them another chance is they are one of the only pizza places that delivers to where I live. That reason alone gets them one star
There was a worker who was so rude to another in front of a long line of customers, swearing, rude to people on the phone, no gloves were being used, I stood for 20 minutes before I was asked if I needed to be helped, and my order didn't even go into the oven until 20 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. Very disappointed and I won't be coming back again!!
I walk in and order my food I'm the only person in the store not only did it take forever to get my food, they forgot I ever ordered anything ,

Have had nothing but problems with them. Ordered a simple pizza tonight over the phone and it was entered wrong in their computer by the employee. When I called them to complain and ask how they would make it right was told that my only option was to come in and pick up a new pizza which is not an option for me as I picked it up on my way home from work 20 minutes away. I chose to order over the phone because their online ordering only goes through sometimes and you won't know until 10-15 minutes after you ordered it if it has gone through. Do not order here. Also the manager I spoke to, Dan, was less than helpful and not at all apologetic.
