I saw an over the range microwave that was on sale that my wife and I really liked. We saw that it was even cheaper at another store near by but the manager walked out and talked to us about the price and without hesitation he beat the price and had his employee grab it for us and bring it up the the register while we still shopped around. The staff and manager went above and beyond for us. We will definitely be back to purchase more appliances from home depot. I wish we could remember the managers name but we just wanted to say thank you again.
I am very, very disappointed with the outcome, I never write reviews, but this is a ridiculous lack of customer service.
We rang up our entire order and when we paid via debit card their check out computer crashed. The credit card scanner said approved. The guy rang it all up again and charged us a second time reassuring us it didn't charge our card the first time. I checked when I got to the car and it charged us twice. My husband went in and for 25 min talked to every person at the customer service desk on why it charged us. The manager said it was just a glitch and it would be refunded back to our card. After several days of no return we called back and were told we would have to come back to the store to get our money back. We get there and the attendant tells us they won't give us the money back since it doesn't show in their computer as them taking it. We show them our bank account where it posted twice. They said now we have to go deal with the bank to get our money. How can you, Home depot argue you didn't take money out of the account and then say it's our problem to fix the mess you caused! Terrible location. We have been spending a lot of money here remodeling our house but no more. We will go anywhere else not to deal with their terrible service!
We have used Home Depot for a zillion things.....mowers, vacuums, countertops, other appliances, our business maintainance needs, a TON. So sad. Hello Lowe’s. And I LIKED Home Depot. :(
5 people assisted me at Home Depot this evening. Each of them was helpful and got me what I needed to go to the next Department. I only had trouble at checkout. One register open lots of people.
We purchased a Whirlpool French door refrigerator from the Home Depot in January, 2017.
So...3 calls, 3 visits to Home Depot and they thought we might like a loaner fridge we could set up in the garage. For the next 2 months, till Whirlpool gets around to making a freezer drawer.
Good thing: Asst. Mgr. Jordan. Really nice and TRIED.

It has such a friendly atmosphere. Everyone was so helpful! The cashiers are so nice!!! I'll definitely be back!

Called Whirlpool and they offered to extend the warranty 6 months...well, we have 2 months of that waiting for the part. They still manufacture this refrigerator, but cannot help us. Nope
Fast forward to late August, 2017 and the freezer is leaking and building up frost. There is a small drip that is coming from the bottom of the freezer and hitting the newly installed wood floor.
We called Diamond repair (Home Depot’s) service. They were prompt and diagnosed that a new “door/drawer” would be ordered. Oh. It is TWO MONTHS before it will be here.
