My husband and I decided to go to Migala Carpet One after a bad experience at Home Depot. I am so glad that we did. The service is top notch. You go in to their store and you are waited on immediately. You have all kinds of help and suggestions depending on your how much you want to spend and the look you are trying to achieve. Kristin Rice is very knowledgeable. She stays with you through the whole process. It took two days to install our laminate and carpet but it was worth it! The installers were so polite and boy where they fast. They did such a beautiful job it upgraded our house 100%. I am so glad we went to Migala Carpet One and got our laminate and carpet. I would do it again!
I came to Migala on Shaver Road after I had spoken with Josh L., one of their salesman, on the phone. I had explained that I had been trying for 2 months online to get a certain tile for my kitchen and had a very frustrating time doing that as one company (Glass Tile Oasis) had accidentally cancelled my order 5 times, wouldn't put me in touch with one of their managers when I asked them to do so, etc. Josh made a connection to get me the tile. He was very good about keeping me updated as to when the tile would arrive. I am happy to report that I have said tile, and I owe that to Josh's professionalism. He was a great guy to work with, and in the future, I'll go through him first.
It took us over a month and bringing home tens of samples to pick out the right flooring. Staff were very patient and never pressured us to make a decision. We ended up with flooring that we absolutely love!
Kitchen backsplash turned out excellent, we are so impressed !! I am totally in love with it I am totally in love with it !! The installers were very nice, cleaned up, and did a great job! Kristen picked out my grout and my trim for me and took my payment over the phone because I was very ill! I trust Migala & enjoyed working with Kristen! She coordinated everything perfectly! We are very satisfied & would consider hiring again in the future! Thank you Migala! You are awesome!!
