Like the other reviews have stated, the office staff is terrible. The doctors are good, but the reception is always rude and just plain bad at their job. They have called me with the wrong dates and times for appointments on multiple occasions, and made me reschedule because of their mistakes. This is the most unprofessional doctor's office I have ever seen. It's a joke.
Haven't had issues with the Dr or the office itself, however... you better hope they get your prescription sent to the pharmacy correctly, because trying to get it fixed is impossible. NO ONE will call you or your pharmacy back... ever. My child is without medication now, because the refill never got called in 3 months ago. Between the pharmacy and I, we've made FIVE phone calls over the past THREE WEEKS... still no re-fill.
My sister and I both are patients at Delano with one letter difference in our names but birth dates nine years apart. When leaving messages to refill medications, twice I received medications my sister takes that I do not. Combined with a 72 hour waiting period for medication refills, I feel the situation is totally unacceptable and would not be tolerated in a typical doctors office. I have never taken the two medications they sent me and they don't sound similar (Ativan vs trazodone). If you can steer clear of this office, you will probably be better off!!
Prescription refills are a problem. 48 hrs is the requested amount of time to call before needed. The voice mail states "do not leave additional calls." What is a person to do if the prescription is not taken care of in as many as 10 days? This has been my experience on multiple occasions
Never left waiting long. Always have yet to have any of my calls or concerns or questions go left unanswered and I’m a very difficult person. Great full for their appointment reminder calls and texts. They are truly concerned for my mental stability and well being. Willing to work with getting family involved and learning how and what to watch for.
If you see William Davis PMHNP, a perfectly capable man, who can write prescriptions, including Schedule ll meds, expect to get a second bill from Niaz Mohammad MD. Even if you NEVER see him. I'm told its because he supervises the clinic. With that type of rational I'm surprised I don't also get a bill from the president of Ascension Health. I have never received a separate bill at any other facility when seen by a NP or PA.
