I have NEVER been to a Chase that didn’t have a public bathroom! And they couldn’t even tell me where I could find one!
Extremely disappointed with service!!
The other day when I went in there was an extremely long line, and I ended up waiting around 40 minutes. This is understandable however when It was finally my turn the manager himself helped me out. However he was extremely rude, and clearly does not appreciate his customers. And considering people have thousands of dollars in their accounts, good service should be expected.
Always fast and quick service, friendly and able to help any issues. Never had an issue, only complaint is wish there were more Chase Banks closer to us and more of them. PNC seems to dominate around us.
This branch of chase is the place to go if you enjoy: Being treated like garbage, waiting in long lines, a Horribly Inconsiderate Manager, or if you just want to ruin your day in general
