We were excited to see there was a Schlotzkys we are down here for a soccer tournament and we seen your place. We had one years ago in Birch Run Michigan and loved your original sandwich. Didn't know there were any left in Michigan
It's been awhile since I've been to a Schlotzsky's; I really like the bread they use. That being said the service is mediocre. 10 minutes for a sandwich with one person in line ahead of me. The food was fine. The location was also not in the best repair either. Probably won't come back to this location.
Every time we visit the location at Milham/Westnedge they are out of broccoli and cheese soup... Which is the only reason for our visit... Today the menu displayed that they had it, we ordered, only to be disappointed again... It was only noon, yet they were out... I am not understanding how this is always the case. We were told that it is one of their best sellers... So wouldn't management plan accordingly? I think next time I will try the Battle Creek location as this hasn't been my experience there...
